I would like to know more about the new Identity service?

We've transitioned to a new identity service. If this is your first login post migration you can still use your exiting username and password.

On this screen enter your username and click next. Follow the instruction on the corresponding screen for a seamless login experience.

How do I register a New Account?

You can register a new account by clicking on the sign-up option on the sign-in/register screen.

An email will be sent to you to validate your email address.

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

If using a social provider, you follow their instructions:

If you are logging in with an email address, use this “forgot password” option available on your password screen.

How can I switch my verification method?

You have the option to change you authentication method by selecting the “verify with something else” option.

Why am I getting emails from identity.tylerportico.com?

MunicipalOnlinePayments.com hosted by Tyler Portico, the “entry point” for many cloud applications and services developed by Tyler Technologies, Inc. If you chose to use an email address instead of a social provider for sign-in, it’s the identity services that handles your authentication and any management activities that require your email.

Welcome

If you are using the Utility Billing auto pay please NOTE: Selecting a date between the 8th and 16th is recommended to avoid a late fee. Bills are processed on the first FRIDAY of the month, this can range from the 1st to the 7th of the month. If you select a recurring date prior to the 8th, you may not have a bill due, so no payment will be processed that month, resulting in a late fee. If your balance is zero on the date you select to draft your payment, there will be no payment until the next month, resulting in a late fee. By enrolling in Auto Pay, you understand that your account will automatically be drafted on the same day every month. If you schedule your payment after it is due, you may incur a late penalty.
